Shipping

When shipping specimens, if possible contact us ahead of time and we will send you shipping tags and work order forms for each specimen. Call us a couple days ahead of time that you will be shipping us your specimen so we can be expecting it. Items must be frozen and wrapped in thick layer of newspaper. Do not put in plastic bag. Package specimen in box and send Next Day Air on Mondays only.

All deliveries must arrive during normal business hours.

When shipping birds please follow the Federal Migratory Bird shipping instructions below, exactly.

Please include your name, address, and phone number on both the inside and outside of the package.

Include copies of any special permits needed in obtaining the trophy.

Migratory Bird Shipping Instructions

1) All birds must be properly and individually tagged with Federal Migratory Bird tags. As per USFWS REQUIREMENTS FOR POSSESSION AND SHIPMENT OF MIGRATORY BIRDS each tag must be filled out completely with the following information:

2) As per USFWS REQUIREMENTS(50CFR20.44) the outside of the box must be labeled with the contents. In the lower left corner list each bird by Number, Species, and Sex.
